Overseeing and maintaining day-to-day operations for the store. You will be responsible for fostering a productive and motivating work environment while effectively enforcing state laws, company policies and successfully driving sales.

Your job will include managing staff, inventory flow, store procedures, training, and product knowledge. You will run breaks in a timely manner to keep compliance with Washington State labor laws. You will work closely with budtenders, inventory, and other management to ensure all tasks are completed and appropriately executed.

Ideal candidates have a high level of attention to detail, and a love for organization and inventory systems. Must demonstrate ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty.

This position requires someone who is reliable and ready to work hard. Multi-tasking, strong communication and decision-making skills while maintaining a productive, professional, and enjoyable workplace. You will need to lead, motivate, and inspire employees to create a customer-centric environment resulting in a memorable and positive customer experience alongside maintaining our sales goals and selling techniques.

Qualifications

Customer Service: 2 years (required)

Supervisor/Management: 1 year (required)

Nighttime Availability (3:45pm – 12am) (required)

Budtending: 1 year (preferred)
